After five years of assisting leading wedding cinematographers, Ivan felt the urge for more creative freedom and launched his own career as a wedding filmmaker. What is your pricing?

Over the years, we’ve come to understand that every celebration is unique, each with its own specific needs. For this reason, we provide customized quotes for every wedding, elopement, and project. Our full-service wedding collections start at $4,800, and we’d be happy to provide a detailed investment outline once we learn more about your vision. Contact us to get started!

Can I customize a collection?

Absolutely! We’re happy to customize any collection to perfectly fit your celebration. Simply email us your wish list, and we’ll create a personalized package for your review.

FAQ

How do I confirm my wedding date?

After selecting your date and finalizing your collection, we’ll send over a cinematography contract for your review. To secure your date, we ask that you return the signed contract within a week. Your wedding date will be officially reserved once we receive both the signed contract and a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding.

Is travel/accommodation included in your pricing?

Basic travel to your wedding or elopement is included!


I only charge extra for unique situations.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround times average 10 to 12 weeks.

What if it rains? What if we have to reschedule/relocate due to weather or natural disater?

Rain on your wedding day may be considered lucky, but it’s not something we typically wish for. However, we’ve encountered unpredictable weather many times, and some of our most stunning work has come from rainy celebrations. We collaborate closely with your wedding planner to develop a solid Plan B—and even a Plan C—ensuring a seamless experience. In these moments, our expertise, adaptability, and problem-solving skills truly shine. If severe weather requires rescheduling, we approach each situation individually, tailoring our response to your needs. No matter what, we’re here as your partner and support system every step of the way.

What happens if Ivan gets sick or has some sort of emergency right before the wedding?

Thankfully, we have never faced an emergency that prevented us from attending a wedding (knock on wood), and it’s a scenario we take every precaution to avoid. In the weeks leading up to your big day, we carefully plan our schedules to prioritize our health and allow ample travel time. In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances prevent us from being there, we will make every effort to secure a replacement cinematographer of comparable style and expertise from my team or through our trusted network. Alternatively, if you prefer, we would provide a full refund so you can make your own arrangements.

What is your approach in capturing the wedding story?

We take a hands-on approach when crafting your wedding day timeline, ensuring each moment is captured in the best natural light. Collaborating closely with your planner and designer, we help structure the schedule to allow ample time for portraits and key moments, while incorporating buffers for a seamless, stress-free experience. Our approach blends artistic direction, styled detail shots, and candid, photojournalistic storytelling—resulting in a beautifully curated collection that captures the people, details, and emotions of your day.
